Teaching Assistant
- Support students with their learning and development.
- Provide classroom and pastoral support.
- Work alongside teachers to help students achieve their potential.
- Support pupils with additional needs where required.
Cover Supervisor
- Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support students to remain focused and engaged.
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently.
- Provide a positive learning environment across different subjects.
- Has experience working with young people, either in a school or similar setting.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can build positive relationships with students.
- Is reliable, adaptable, and confident working with groups.
- Has transferable skills from roles such as coaching, mentoring, youth work, retail, customer service, or similar.
- Is interested in developing a career within education.
