Are you a recent graduate considering a career in education? We are working with welcoming secondary schools across Oldham that are looking for confident, enthusiastic graduates to join them as Cover Supervisors.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, develop your confidence and build the skills needed for a future career in teaching. Many of our graduates go on to complete teacher training or secure permanent roles within schools.

The Role

  • Full-time and flexible opportunities available
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour
  • Support students to stay engaged with their learning
  • Work closely with teaching staff and school leaders

We're Looking For

  • A degree in any subject
  • Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in working with young people
  • The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
