As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across East Lancashire in various year groups, covering classes when regular teachers are absent. This role offers flexibility and the chance to gain valuable experience in different classroom settings.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified teacher status (QTS)
Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their learning journey
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability and flexibility to work in different classroom environments
Ability to engage and inspire young learners
A positive attitude and a commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Supporting students with their learning and providing individualized assistance when needed
Collaborating with other staff members to ensure continuity in the curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
