Are you a teacher looking for flexible supply teaching work?

Teaching Personnel work with numerous secondary schools in the Stockport and Trafford education authority and as a result are looking for supply teachers who are available to provide cover in these secondary schools. Looking ahead to after Easter and the new academic year, daily requests for teachers to cover lessons grows considerably as pre-planned absences increase.
The role of a supply teacher is to go into school and cover across the age and ability range in a variety of subjects as required. This role requires flexibility and the ability to quickly assert control and engage students with work. Both Stockport and Trafford have a diverse mix of schools including those that are very good and highly reputable where behaviour is not an issue as well as those that require more management of the classroom giving supply teachers a wide range of options.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
