A fantastic opportunity for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a local school in Lichfield where you will join their dedicated team in order to help children with special educational needs unlock their potential and make their day-to-day life more enjoyable.

 

🔶 What are my main responsibilities?

Supporting the class Teacher by working closely with SEND children on a 1:1 or small group basis.

Working closely with other colleagues, parents and Healthcare professionals in order to provide the best opportunities for vulnerable children.

Providing motivation and guidance to help students overcome obstacles in their learning and development.

🔶 What we require:

Previous experience working with individuals with special educational needs.

Must be adaptable as you may be required to work with various students.

Level 2 or higher qualification in Health and Social Care, Teaching Assistant or equivalent.

Confidence working on a 1:1 or small group setting.
