SEN Behaviour Support Mentor
Location: Lichfield
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 15:30pm)
Contract: Temporary (opportunity to go permanent)
Teaching Personnel are loooking for Behaviour Support Mentors for a SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school located in Lichfield, committed to providing exceptional education and support to their students. The school is dedicated to nurturing the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils facing various behavioral challenges. They believe in creating a supportive environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
Job Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Support Mentor to join the team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work closely with small classes of approximately 8 pupils, providing individualized support and assistance to both students and teachers. The role requires strong competency in behavior management techniques, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children overcome obstacles to their learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
