Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a well-established multi-academy trust in Gateshead to recruit reliable and dedicated Cover Supervisors. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, former teaching assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, or anyone with experience supporting young people.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Supporting students to complete set work and remain focused
  • Building positive relationships with students and staff
  • Maintaining a safe, productive, and inclusive learning environment
We are seeking individuals who are:
