Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our client schools in Tameside.
The salary for this role will be between £425 and £500 per week.
This position will be full-time, and it will begin on the 2nd of September 2024.
As a SEN TA, you will be responsible for supporting pupils with additional requirements throughout the school day. The pupils that you will be working with will have special educational needs such as Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia. Some of the pupils that you will be working with will require Education, Health, and Care plans (EHCPs). It will be your responsibility to support them with this. You will work on a one-to-one basis with pupils to ensure that they are provided with enough support throughout the school day. It is essential that you are able to quickly form relationships with these pupils as you will be required to provide emotional support.
The school that you will be working is in Tameside, it is easy to commute to from the surrounding areas by car or on public transport.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
