KS2 11+ SATS TUTOR

Job Title: Tutor

Location: East of England, Essex, Basildon

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

• Provide tailored tutoring sessions for Key Stage 2 students preparing for 11+ and SATS exams
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Offer feedback to students and parents on performance and areas for improvement
• Create a supportive and motivating learning environment

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in teaching Key Stage 2 students
• Strong knowledge of the 11+ and SATS exam requirements

A degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Key Stage 2

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for helping students achieve their academic goals

• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Experience in tutoring for 11+ and SATS exams

This role involves working with students in a home one-on-one setting, while accommodating to students' schedules.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
