Position: Cover Supervisor

Location: Darwen, BB3

Salary: £10.77 - £15.00 per hour PAYE

Start date: September 2022

Expected end date: PERMANENT 

A large secondary school in Darwen are looking to appoint an individual who has previous Cover Supervisor experience in KS3 and KS4. This is a full-time post, and you would be looking to begin in September. You must have a strong presence and able to confidently manage behaviour of pupils aged 11 to 16 years old.

As a Cover Supervisor you will be

  • Asked to deliver pre-planned material to a classroom of up to 30 pupils
  • Be prepared to have full responsibility of the classroom
  • Focused on keeping the students engaged
  • Flexible and have a passion for education and learning
  • Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

As a Cover Supervisor you can work in some great schools and work with the students, supporting, encouraging, and interacting in a range of different lessons.
