• Bonus Incentives: Qualified supply teachers will receive a £150 bonus after completing 25 days of work. Plus, an additional £50 joining bonus is offered for the first booking, on top of the day's rate.
• DBS Funding: Funding for DBS checks is available for eligible candidates.
• Payment Structure: Weekly pay through PAYE, removing the need for expensive umbrella companies.
• Support and Training: Receive dedicated support from a sector-specific consultant. Free safeguard training is provided, and access to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities is available upon request.
