Cover Supervisor's required across Rochdale to support with our Secondary Schools. 

The Role:

  • Deliver pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Support students with their learning and engagement
  • Work across a variety of subjects and year groups
  • Build relationships with staff and students within local secondary schools

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident communication and classroom management skills
  • Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
  • A flexible and proactive attitude
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
