We are working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking SEMH specialist school in Luton, who are seeking a confident and committed Cover Supervisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong behaviour management skills and a passion for sport as a tool for engagement and emotional regulation.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across the school in the absence of teaching staff
• Create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment in Luton
• Support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to engage with learning
• Use consistency, motivation, and relationship-building to promote positive behaviour

The Ideal Cover Supervisor is Someone Who:

• Has experience in sports coaching, PE, youth work, or mentoring
• Enjoys working with students with SEMH needs
• Is confident managing challenging behaviour in a trauma-informed way
• Can use physical activity and sport to build resilience, engagement, and self-esteem
• You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that places wellbeing, inclusion, and professional development at the heart of everything they do.
