Schools in Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas are actively seeking dynamic, confident, and adaptable Cover Supervisors to step into classrooms and support students across Key Stages 3-5. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead classroom activities and manage lessons in the absence of the regular teacher

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring student focus and engagement

  • Create a positive, controlled, and productive classroom environment

  • Support students in their learning journey, providing assistance and answering queries

  • Maintain excellent classroom behavior in line with school policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an educational setting (ideal but not essential)

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience is a bonus

  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to communicate with confidence

  • Adaptability to support a range of subjects and year groups

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Ability to provide two years of professional references
