Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Spilsby, Lincolnshire
Pay: Starting at £110 per day, with potential to rise
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only)

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Classroom Management: Supervising classes, ensuring students remain engaged with their work.
• Behaviour Management: Effectively managing classroom behaviour to maintain a safe and focused environment.
• Supporting Learning: Assisting students with understanding and completing assigned work.
• Collaboration: Working closely with school staff to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
Confidence in supervising a range of age groups and subjects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and flexible approach to working in different school environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
