Cover Supervisor – Secondary Education

• Lead classes in the absence of teachers, delivering pre-planned work to students
• Support the school’s ethos by maintaining a positive, productive classroom atmosphere
• Facilitate a respectful, engaging environment for students to complete set work independently
• Adapt to diverse groups and manage classroom dynamics to support student learning and behaviour

• Confident and resilient with a natural ability to engage and motivate students
• Prior experience working with young people (in or out of educational settings) is desirable
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and interact effectively with students across KS3 and KS4

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
