  • Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Ensure student behaviour is in line with school policies and intervene when necessary
  • Deliver pre-prepared work to students and assist with any questions or tasks
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Cover Supervisor
  • Undergraduate Degree

An Undergraduate Degree in any relevant field

At least 6 months of experience working as a Cover Supervisor in an educational setting

  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Excellent Literacy and Numeracy skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents

Postgraduate qualification in Education or related field

This position is based in North West England, Cheshire, Poynton. The Cover Supervisor is expected to work full-time hours on a contract basis. The role may involve supporting various subject areas and working with students of different age groups.
