Position: Cover Supervisor

Location: Hatfield

Teaching Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for a Cover Supervisor to provide general cover across our supportive Secondary Academies based in Hatfield and surrounding areas.

The flexible role will provide cover for pupils across the KS3/KS4 curriculumto meet the needs of schools within the area. There is the potential for longer term positions for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for delivery of pre-planned lessons and supervision of pupils, to cover PPA and short-term absence. Ensuring effective behaviour management in line with school policy and engaging pupils within the learning environment.

Requirements:

• Availability for standard working hours: 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Prior experience working in schools is advantageous.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Full UK Drivers Liscence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
