Position: Cover Supervisor Location: Hastings, East Sussex ⏰ Type: Full-time Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities: As a Cover Supervisor, your primary role will be to supervise and support students during the absence of their regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Delivering Pre-Set Lessons: Facilitate learning by following lesson plans and ensuring a productive classroom environment.

✅ Maintaining Order: Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a respectful and focused atmosphere for students.

✅ Assisting with Queries: Provide support to students by answering questions and offering guidance when needed.

✅ Reporting: Record any issues or incidents and communicate them to the appropriate staff members.

✅ Collaboration: Collaborate with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure a seamless educational experience for students.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:

A minimum of A-levels or equivalent qualifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for education and helping students succeed. Adaptability and the ability to manage a classroom effectively. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow in an educational setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
