We are looking for a cover supervisor for one of our bright and spectacular client secondary schools based in Andover.
The school are looking for someone who is bubbly, exceptional with behaviour management and someone who has previous experience working in a school based environment.
The role is to cover lessons of students within the KS3 and KS4 bracket. Your main responsibility as a Cover Supervisor will be to manage the behaviour of the class and deliver the pre-set work. It is easy for students to become easily distracted when their continuity is broken, and the regular teacher is not in. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the Cover Supervisor to retain the student’s attention while keeping them task focused and maintaining their enthusiasm and enjoyment.
You will be able to work in many different departments within a fantastic school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
